REGARDING THE 2025-2026 SPRING SEMESTER SINGLE COURSE EXAM

• The single course exams for the end of the 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester will be held on July 2–3, 2026.

Students who wish to participate must apply in person with a petition to our Faculty Student Affairs Office by June 29, 2026, or may apply by email to iibf.ogr.isleri@bozok.edu.tr.

• The exam schedule will be announced on our Faculty's website once it has been prepared.

Principles and Application Conditions Regarding the Single Course Exam

Application and General Principles

ARTICLE 4 – (1) The single course exam may be taken by students who have passed all but one of the courses required for graduation, have met the attendance requirement, and have failed only that one course; as well as final semester students who have no failing grades but whose GPA is below 2.00, and who, as determined by the relevant unit's board of directors, can raise their GPA to 2.00 or above by taking the exam of a single course.

(2) A student who meets the necessary conditions to benefit from the single course exam may take the exam upon a decision by the relevant unit's board of directors, provided that the student submits a petition to their academic unit no later than 3 business days before the start date of the single course exams specified in the academic calendar.

(3) A student may not take the single course exam for a course they have not previously taken or for which they have not met the attendance requirement.

(4) A student has the right to take the single course exam only once during the semester in which they are enrolled.

(5) There is no make-up right for the single course exam.

(6) If it is determined that a student who did not meet the eligibility conditions took the single course exam, their exam result will be considered invalid, even if they passed.

(7) Internship is a professional activity outside of theoretical and applied courses. Students in programs with a mandatory internship requirement who have one course remaining for graduation along with their internship(s), and who meet all the eligibility conditions for the single course exam, may take the single course exam.
