Farabi Exchange Programme – Announcement for the 2023–2024 Academic Year
In accordance with the "Regulation on the Student and Faculty Exchange Programme Among Higher Education Institutions," published in the Official Gazette dated February 18, 2009, No. 27145, and the "Principles and Procedures Regarding the Use, Accounting, Payments, and Other Matters Concerning the Funds to Be Transferred by the Council of Higher Education to Higher Education Institutions for the Purpose of Supporting Domestic Faculty and Student Exchange Programmes Among Higher Education Institutions";
It has been approved, at the meeting of the Higher Education Executive Board dated November 2, 2022, that the Farabi Exchange Programme will not be held during the 2023–2024 academic year.
