INTERNSHİP AND GRADUATİON PROJECT

INTERNSHIP (INTERNSHIP DIRECTIVE)

Students of our Faculty can complete their internship through two different options:

1. Regular Internship (Faculty-Based)
Students in the Department of Business Administration and the Department of Health Management arrange their own internship placement with an institution of their choice. After completing and signing the required application and evaluation forms, students submit them either to their Department Office (Health Management students) or to the Faculty Student Affairs Office (Business Administration students), at least one week before the internship begins, so that insurance registration can be completed on time. Internships not reported through this process will not be considered valid.

2. National Internship Program (Presidency of the Republic)
Students may alternatively apply for an internship through the National Internship Program coordinated by the Presidency of the Republic. This track has its own application form and procedure, and students must confirm that the host institution has sent an official acceptance letter to the university and that it has reached the Faculty.

General Note on Insurance: In accordance with Article 87 of Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510, work-accident and occupational-disease insurance premiums for interns are paid by the university. Any workplace accident or occupational illness must be reported to the Faculty or to the Department of Health, Culture and Sports immediately, as it must be officially notified to the Social Security Institution within 3 days.

GRADUATION PROJECT

Guidance documents are available for preparing the preliminary report, interim report, and final graduation project, following the Faculty's writing guidelines.

Note: Research advisors for the Graduation Project/Internship course are assigned solely by the Dean's Office; students may not choose their own advisor. Once assigned, students must work with the same advisor until graduation. Advisor lists are announced when students advance to their 3rd year, and students must select the advisor previously announced on the bulletin boards when registering for the course.
