Regarding the Diplomas of Graduates at the End of the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year

The diplomas of students who graduated from our faculty at the end of the Fall semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year are ready.

Procedures required to collect a diploma:

• If a temporary graduation certificate has been obtained from the Faculty, the original document must be returned.
• The student may collect their diploma in person or through a proxy authorized by a notarized power of attorney. Diplomas will not be handed over to anyone other than these authorized parties. Diplomas are not sent via email, mail, or cargo.

Before coming to collect the diploma, the clearance form must be completed by logging in at https://oiks.bozok.edu.tr/ or through the alumni career portal at https://km.bozok.edu.tr.
